Delivery & getting started
How long does delivery take?
Ready edition: the same day we receive your domain, logo and basic office details — you get the site and control panel ready, plus a one-hour training for your team. Full customization: the delivery date is set in the written offer, based on the scope.
Will you move my current properties?
You add your properties yourself from the control panel in a few very simple steps: enter the details, upload the photos and save — the property appears on your site right away. We walk you through it during training.
Do I need a developer to edit the site?
No. The logo, colors, phone numbers, headings, page texts, neighborhood guides and FAQs are all edited from the control panel.
Is the domain in my name?
Yes. It's registered in your office's name and stays yours.
Team & data
What if an employee leaves?
You switch off their account in one click, and their clients, notes and files stay with you. While they worked, they only saw the clients assigned to them.
Can an employee see colleagues' clients?
No, unless you grant it. Permissions are set per role and per screen, and new-client alerts go to the managers who assign them.
Who owns my client data?
You do. It's your site's database; we don't use it or share it with anyone.
How we protect your dataCan I list properties the office doesn't own?
Yes. Register any owner and link them to their property, or let them add it from "Add your property" and approve it before it goes live.

Does the Aoun assistant cost per message?
No. It runs on your own site's data, with no extra cost per message however many conversations you have.
Do I pay anything for Dalni?
The feature is part of the system. You pay the referrer a reward only when a deal closes, at the rate you set.
How Dalni worksIs the site bilingual?
Yes, Arabic and English, with the page direction switching automatically.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The site and the control panel work on phones, and clients can install your site as an app in your office's name — no app store.
Does it support 360° tours?
Yes. Upload 360° photos from the control panel or link Matterport or Kuula, and clients walk room to room from their phone.
