The two packages
Ready edition: a one-time $299 payment, including installation on your domain, a ready template and a page builder — without design customization.
Full customization: cost, timeline and scope are set in a written offer before work starts — and nothing starts without your approval.
License and updates
Each license runs one website on one domain. To move the site to another domain, contact us.
The first year of updates (new features and fixes) is included. After that, renewing is optional at $99 a year per license, and the site keeps working even without renewing.
Buying several licenses in one order gets the volume discount shown on the pricing page.
The domain
The domain is registered in your office’s name and stays yours.
Data
Client and property data belong to the office, and a copy is handed over if the relationship ends.
WhatsApp messages
Request notifications are part of the system. Bulk marketing messages on WhatsApp are charged at WhatsApp’s cost.
Dalni rewards
Referral rewards are set and paid by the office directly to referrers — not by us.
Content
Properties, photos and prices published on the office’s site are the office’s responsibility.
